Job description
As a BDR at PriceShape, you will become part of our Outreach Team and your primary task will be to build relationships and book meetings with international companies through proactive sales activities and build the bridge to our sales team. We are currently looking for candidates who are native speakers of German, Dutch, Danish, or UK English. In addition to your native language, you must be able to communicate professionally in English. However, a high level of proficiency in English may also qualify you for the position, even if you do not speak one of the four languages mentioned above.

Last but not least, you will help influence the development of the future sales process and report directly to our Head of Outreach.
Your key responsibilities consist of the following
- Contacting international leads, primarily through outbound phone activities
- Engaging with high-quality prospects and determine if there is a potential match by understanding their needs
- Booking the initial sales meeting for our sales team
- Participating in relevant sales meetings
- Building relationships with potential customers through outbound activities, primarily calls
- Developing your skills and influencing the development of the sales process
We expect you to bring the following
- You are independent and strong willed but love to work in a team
- You are positive and don't let small obstacles get in your way
- You have previous experience with Sales, ideally from similar position (phone-based)
- You take responsibility in general and for your own Pipeline and ensure that all deadlines are being met
- You have an ability to easily enter into dialogue with other people
- You want to develop and improve your dialogue through collaboration and coaching. You want to be the best at your job!
- Are able to communicate fluently in English both written and verbally. Fluency in German, Dutch, Danish or UK English is a big advantage
- You must enjoy selling based on outbound activities, and strive to be the best in the team, exceed your goals and positively contribute to the team's overall goals
