PriceShape is an international SaaS company located in Aarhus, Denmark. We've developed a price monitoring and comparison platform that helps retailers and brands increase both revenue and profitability through dynamic pricing and competitor tracking.
We’re a team of more than 100 engaged, international colleagues in our Aarhus office – and we’re growing fast in both headcount and market share. Today, we serve customers in 25+ countries and have big ambitions to become the global category leader.
To accelerate our growth, we brought CoPilot Capital on board as co-owners in August 2024. With years of experience scaling SaaS companies globally, they’re a strong partner – and as our new CMO, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us reach our goals.
About the role
You’ll be part of the executive leadership team with full ownership of our global marketing strategy, ensuring our marketing efforts support our commercial goals.
You’ll lead a marketing team that currently includes a Marketing & Communication Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, SEO Specialist, CRM and Inbound Specialist, Creative Designer, and Motion Graphic Designer. The team is expected to grow alongside the company. You’ll also manage a marketing budget of 700.000-800.000 €, with the potential to scale depending on performance.
You’ll report directly to our CEOs and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Support.
Your key responsibilities
- Build and develop a marketing function that increasingly supports account-based sales efforts and an enterprise go-to-market approach
- Refine and adapt our positioning and value proposition across different segments and markets – in close collaboration with commercial teams
- Ensure a strong product marketing discipline that differentiates us in the market and communicates the value of our solution clearly
- Build on our strong inbound marketing and lead generation – while also elevating our thought leadership efforts
- Establish and scale an in-house marketing team (content, performance, ops, etc.)
- Own the marketing budget and performance tracking
- Drive partner marketing and ensure alignment with go-to-market activities
- Foster close collaboration with the sales organization and support pipeline development
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with tools, content, and onboarding materials
- Optimize the marketing funnel, measure performance, and continuously improve
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales, and product – and be a valuable internal sparring partner
Preferred qualifications
We imagine that you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role within a SaaS or tech company, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Experience building and leading teams – ideally in an international context
- Solid experience with performance marketing and lead generation
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to work with relevant marketing KPIs
- Experience with B2B marketing and long sales cycles
- A commercial mindset and experience working closely with sales
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience with account-based marketing and/or partner marketin
- Worked in a company backed by Private Equity or Venture Capital
- Been part of scaling a SaaS company from scale-up to international market leader
