As Product Supporter at PriceShape, you will be part of an innovative, agile and fast-growing team. PriceShape was founded in 2018 and is today recognised as one of Europe's leading pricing tools providing dynamic pricing, competitor monitoring and transparency in the e-commerce market.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing comprehensive support and guidance to help them navigate and maximize the use of our product. This isn’t just about troubleshooting - it’s about diving into the complexities of our tool, resolving challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Job description
As Product Supporter at PriceShape, your role goes beyond simply answering questions - you’ll be responsible for providing top-tier guidance and support to both customers and colleagues from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on all aspects of product support, ensuring that any issues or inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Your main goal is to make sure that our customers' questions and issues are well taken care of, from A - Z. This can include helping with setup in external systems, so you must be ready to acquire new knowledge to help customers in the best possible way.
In this role, you'll immerse yourself in a wide array of responsibilities surrounding our product other than the main tasks. This includes piloting new features and collecting and organizing customer insights.
You will also contribute to fostering a culture of deep collaboration across all departments, ensuring that both new and existing customers, as well as colleagues, receive timely and professional responses.

We expect you to meet the following qualifications as a minimum:
You possess a blend of customer-centric and technical savvy enthusiasm, with experience that spans beyond conventional support roles
Have the courage to dive into the unknown, learning and mastering new technologies to better serve our customers' evolving needs
Professional proficiency in English - both written and verbal - as we work with international customers
It is a bonus but not a requirement if you:
Thrive in dynamic environments, preferably with experience in SaaS or startup ecosystems, bringing a digital-first mindset to every challenge
Experience with e-commerce would be a big advantage
Have been Super User for a system, providing support and guidance to end users
Native profficiency in Spanish or Italian
