About the role
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at PriceShape, you will be the key partner to our largest and most complex customers — companies with 200+ employees, operating at a high level of maturity in the eCommerce and retail space. Reporting to Team Lead, Thomas Egholm Mouritsen, you will work closely with our sales, product, marketing and support teams to ensure that our enterprise clients achieve tangible commercial success with PriceShape.
In this role, you will be deeply embedded in the business operations of your clients, almost acting as an interim team member, helping them leverage PriceShape to optimize pricing strategies, increase revenue, and outperform competition. You will manage multiple stakeholders across your customer organizations (typically between 10-20 stakeholders) and will be responsible for driving strategic conversations at both operational and executive levels.
You will be responsible of the following:
- Leading the onboarding and success journey for enterprise clients with a strong commercial focus, ensuring alignment to business objectives and revenue targets.
- Acting as a strategic advisor and business partner, helping customers make data-driven decisions that directly impact their bottom line.
- Building strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups — from end-users to C-level executives — ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization.
- Taking ownership of customer success with a hands-on mindset — always focused on driving real, measurable business outcomes.
- Identifying and driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities by understanding customer growth plans and uncovering new business needs.
- Monitoring customer performance KPIs and proactively recommending strategies for commercial improvement.
- Being the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with our tech and product teams to continuously enhance our platform based on enterprise customer needs.
We expect you to bring the following:
- Solid experience managing strategic, enterprise customers — ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or related industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align different stakeholders across large organizations.
- Sharp commercial mindset and the courage to take ownership for customer outcomes.
- A consultative, business-oriented approach to customer success — acting as a trusted advisor rather than an account manager.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and international environment.
