In this role, you’ll support our commercial engine by qualifying leads with a structured approach using different software and AI tools to help you identify a fit with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Your work ensures our sales teams focus on the most relevant leads, and you'll be a key part of how we scale smartly and effectively.

Job description

As QA Assistant at PriceShape, your role is to research and qualify leads that are a fit for PriceShape. You’ll identify key characteristics to determine how well a lead fits our ICP groups. Your work enables our outreach team to focus their efforts on the right prospects — those most likely to benefit from our solution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Navigating our Lead pool in Hubspot, and have a close connection with our Outreach team.
• Using Cognism, LinkedIn, and AI tools to research and enrich lead information
• Quality assurance leads and contacts are needed to ensure the success of increasing our pipeline.
• Identifying key decision-makers and contact information
• Based on our AI qualification, you will have the responsibility to make sure leads are given the right quality and secure a steady flow of new leads in our key markets.

We expect you to bring the following:

You’re someone who enjoys diving into research, spotting patterns, and organizing information with precision. You’re structured and independent, and you don’t mind repetitive tasks when they serve a greater purpose.

You meet the following qualifications:

• You’re highly detail-oriented and methodical in your work
• You have a natural curiosity and enjoy working with research tools and digital platforms
• You’re comfortable using AI and automation tools to support your work
• You have professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal

It’s a bonus (but not a must) if you:

• Have worked with lead generation or research tools like Cognism, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Hubspot or similar.
• Have experience with SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce companies
• Speak an additional European language (e.g. Spanish, Italian, or German)
