We’re now looking for a System Administrator to support our IT and security operations and become an important part of this dynamic team. You’ll report directly to our Chief Financial Officer.

In this role, you’ll help manage and protect the company’s IT setup. You’ll set up and maintain employee devices, manage accounts and access, and assist with day-to-day security tasks and IT support. It’s a great opportunity if you’re early in your IT career and looking to build hands-on experience in a professional and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and maintain a current inventory of company assets, including endpoints, information systems, subscriptions, and licenses
  
  

• Set up and support work stations for new team members
  
  

• Install, configure, and maintain the systems for central management and protection of company endpoints (MDM, anti-virus protection, logging systems, etc.)
  
  

• Set up user accounts and manage access control, including conducting periodic reviews of user access rights
  
  

• Perform operational alert handling, troubleshooting, and remediation
  
  

• Address security incidents, analyzing and acting on threat alerts
  
  

• Participate in regular testing of business continuity and backup testing procedures
  
  

• Provide technical support to employees
  
  

• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols

What we’re looking for

• +2 years of proven experience in System Administration
  
  

• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
  
  

• Experience in administering cloud-based systems, including Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and other similar platforms
  
  

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python
  
  

• Hands-on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, mobile device management systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
  
  

• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members
  
  

• Professional level of English - both written and verbal
