Now, we’re looking for a creative, structured, and strategically minded Content Specialist to elevate our written storytelling, sharpen our brand voice, and fuel our global marketing engine.
The opportunity
As our new Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality English content that brings our product, brand, and customer stories to life. You’ll work across formats—blogs, landing pages, emails, scripts, presentations, and webinar/podcast content—while driving a scalable, multi-language content engine across 8+ markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Coordinator and Creative Lead, while partnering with Sales, Outreach, Product, UX, and Leadership to create content that is rooted in insight, clarity, and customer value.
Your key responsibilities:
Content Production & Thought Leadership
- Write high-quality English content across channels, including blogs, landing pages, emails and scripts.
- Develop thought-leadership content together with founders and GTM leadership, capturing their voice and shaping interviews or rough ideas into polished articles, posts, and stories.
- Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and ideation while maintaining a strong editorial standard.
- Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, structured, and customer-focused messaging.
- Prepare scripts, talking points, and content for webinars and podcasts—and act as a co-host when needed.
- Assist with presentations, internal documents, and other written materials across the organisation
- Manage and coordinate translations across 8 markets using scalable workflows and AI-assisted processes.
- Publish, update, and maintain content in WordPress, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pages.
- Optimise content for SEO, including keyword research, metadata, structure, and performance improvements.
- Support the ongoing refinement of content processes to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
Creative Production & Visual Support
- Create visual assets using Figma or Canva, including graphics, thumbnails, diagrams, and simple design elements.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to ensure brand consistency and alignment with PriceShape’s visual identity.
- Support visual needs for campaigns, product launches, and social content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator on content planning, deadlines, and maintaining the content calendar.
- Partner with Sales, Outreach, Product, UX, and Leadership to gather inputs, run interviews, and shape compelling narratives.
- Contribute content for go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
- Assist with task coordination during busy periods or when the Marketing Coordinator is on vacation.
- Support ad-hoc content and campaign needs across teams.
