To support this development, we are looking for an experienced Chief People & Culture Officer who can strengthen leadership quality, organisational clarity, and scalable people systems across the company.
This is a key executive role with full accountability for ensuring that our organisation, leadership practices, and people processes enable PriceShape to execute on its strategy - both in continued organic growth and in potential M&A situations.
Role Purpose
As CPCO at PriceShape, you’ll be accountable for building and scaling a high-performing organisation by translating company strategy, values, and leadership principles into effective people, leadership, and organisational practices.
The CPCO plays an important role in collaboration with the executive team in building on and evolving PriceShape’s existing culture, ensuring it develops in line with the company’s current scale and ambitions, while being fully accountable for ensuring that leadership quality, organisational design, and people systems enable execution at scale.
Key Accountabilities
• Organisational design & scalability: ownership, role clarity, decision rights, accountability
• Leadership quality & performance management: frameworks, feedback, consequences
• Talent acquisition strategy & workforce planning aligned with financial plans
• Onboarding, enablement & playbooks: operating model and adoption
• Compensation & incentives: philosophy, salary bands, governance, partnership with CFO
• Engagement, retention & succession planning
• M&A people & organisational integration
• HR legal compliance & governance across geographies
• Management team effectiveness: structure, decision-making, follow-up rhythm
Success in This Role Requires
• Strong accountability mindset and ability to drive consequences
• Ability to build systems that are practical, scalable, and actually used
• Comfort operating in a high-pace, founder-led scale-up environment
• Ability to challenge and support leaders with integrity
Ideal Candidate
• Senior HR leadership experience from SaaS, technology, or fast-growing owner-led companies
• Proven track record building leadership and performance frameworks
• Experience with organisational design and scaling beyond ~100 FTE
• Strong understanding of compensation philosophy, salary bands and incentives
• Experience with workforce planning and linking people initiatives to business outcomes
• M&A integration experience is a plus
• Hands-on approach combined with strategic perspective; trusted advisor to CEOs/founders
• Professional proficiency in English is a requirement - fluency in Danish is considered a strong advantage
Location & Compensation
The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark (on-site).
Executive compensation package aligned with market standards and experience.
