Your Role at PriceShape
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PriceShape, you’ll become an important part of our Outreach Team and play a key role in driving new business across Italian-speaking markets.
You’ll work closely with both fellow BDRs and BDMs as part of our Mediterranean team, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key to creating strong commercial results across the region. Together, you’ll ensure a consistent and high-quality sales process – from the very first conversation to qualified meetings and continued dialogue with potential clients.
Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify prospects in Italian-speaking markets. You’ll be the one who sparks meaningful conversations, builds strong relationships, and creates high-quality opportunities for the sales team. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in client meetings alongside BDM colleagues to strengthen continuity and create the best possible customer experience.
We’re looking for candidates with a solid foundation in outbound B2B sales. Depending on your experience and proven results, your responsibilities, scope, and compensation will be tailored to match your level.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in outbound B2B sales who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and consistently delivers results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively reach out to Italian-speaking prospects through outbound calls and structured outreach
Collaborate closely with BDR and BDM colleagues across the Mediterranean region to maximize sales opportunities and market impact
Identify prospect needs and pains, and communicate PriceShape’s value proposition clearly and effectively
Book and prepare high-quality meetings – and when relevant, participate in meetings together with BDM colleagues
Share market insights and outreach learnings with the broader sales team
Contribute to optimizing sales workflows and outreach tactics
Build and nurture long-term relationships that support successful sales outcomes
