Do you have an interest in how webshops are growing their e-commerce by using pricing strategies to achieve competitive prices? Join PriceShape’s Customer Success Team in a part-time, entry-level role, where you’ll help our customers succeed while working closely with experienced mentors.
About the role
As a part-time Customer Success Manager at PriceShape, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Product-Led Growth (PLG) customers, mainly Webshops seeking to understand the market and their competitors in order to remain competitive and drive both revenue and profit growth.
You will work closely with Rolf, our current PLG Customer Success Manager, who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey. This role is perfect for a student studying a Master’s degree (or similar) in B2B Marketing, Retail Management, International Business, or a related field. After completing your studies, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time associate role in the customer success team.
Your key responsibilities consist of the following:
- Managing a portfolio of customers, with quarterly check-ins to ensure they are getting the most out of their PriceShape experience.
- Providing ongoing support for Product-Led Growth (PLG) customers, focusing on helping them achieve key milestones and outcomes.
- Working closely with Rolf, receiving guidance and support while actively contributing to the success of your customers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and offering insights that help drive business results.
- Taking on responsibility for onboarding new customers over time, once you're comfortable managing existing clients and have built a solid understanding of our product and processes.
We expect you to bring the following:
- Currently studying a Master’s degree (or similar) in B2B Marketing, Retail Management, International Business, or related fields.
- A proactive, customer-centric attitude, eager to learn and grow within the field of Customer Success.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Interest in working in the SaaS, eCommerce, or tech industry.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (such as retail, hospitality, sales, or support) is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, with a strong willingness to work closely with teammates and mentors.
